| Flowers for your grave |
The pilot episode introduces Richard Castle, a bestselling author and BeckettBec, a tough-as-nails NYPD homicide detective. And fate bring these two complete opposites together when a murdered begins killing people like Castle kills them in his books. And thus Castle and Beckett cross for the first time and investigate their first case together. When the case is closed, Castle finds himself intrigued by Detective Beckett and decides to base his new novel on her. Which means that he will need to be her "temporary partner" until he finishes writing the book. |
| Nanny McDead |
When a nanny is found stuffed inside a washing machine, Castle and Beckett are on the case. And now that Castle is a part of the detective team he uses his many connections to help solve the case. We find out that Castle is in fact best friends with the Mayor of New York, and actually calls the mayor on speed dial to get the prints in Lab done faster. And this annoys Beckett because it's clear that he can get anything he wants. "So have you ever let lose, drop your top. A little cops gone wild". With Beckett responding with "you do know I'm wearing a gun right". |
